Free DevOps Audit

60 minutes. Written report. No strings.

Tell us about your infrastructure. We'll spend an hour with your team, dig into the bits that matter, and send back a written report with the top risks and what we'd fix first. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

  • What you get
A 60-minute working call with the engineer who'd run your audit
  • The deliverable
A written report: risks, quick wins, and what we'd do next
  • Turnaround
Call within a week. Report within five working days after.
  • Cost
Free. We'll tell you if we're not the right fit.
Who this is for. Teams running real workloads who want a sharper read than their current setup is giving them: cost climbing, on-call painful, deploys flaky, audit looming. If you're pre-launch, the contact form is a better fit.

What's in the report

The deliverable isn't a slide deck. It's a written document, typically 10–18 pages, that you can share with your team and refer back to. Each section ends with prioritized findings and what we'd do first.

  • Architecture map. Diagram of how your platform actually fits together today, drawn from what we observed, not what the wiki says.
  • Reliability & on-call. Single points of failure, alert noise, runbook gaps, DR posture. Where the next 3 a.m. page is most likely to come from.
  • Cost. Top spend levers ranked by effort vs. saving. Usually some combination of right-sizing, storage class, idle reservations, and egress patterns.
  • CI/CD & deploys. Pipeline review: speed, safety, test coverage at the gate, rollback story, environment drift between staging and prod.
  • Security & access. IAM blast radius, secret handling, network egress, K8s hardening against CIS benchmark, dependency risk.
  • Observability. What you can see today vs. what you'd want to see when something breaks. Logs/metrics/traces coverage and signal-to-noise.
  • Quick wins. Things you can ship this week that don't need our help.
  • 90-day plan. If we did one thing per week, what order would we do it in, and what would it cost.

No fluff, no "synergies," no recommendations we can't defend with a runbook. The version we'd send a friend.
